Arts and Sciences Transfer Survey

This course is meant to give you general information regarding Ohio State's policies and procedures. Our other goals are for you to gain a detailed understanding of the General Education Curriculum (GEC), and establish a working relationship with an Arts and Sciences academic counselor.

There is NO class meeting for this course. All coursework is done online, and then you will meet individually with an instructor sometime during the quarter to review your worksheet assignment, as well as to discuss other academic concerns and/or questions.

Course information:

1. You must have an active Ohio State e-mail account in order to log in to this course.
   
   
2. You will receive a welcome email the first day of the quarter that will lead you to the survey syllabus, assignments and relevant information.
   
   
3. To successfully pass this course, you must complete the following:
   
   
   1. Send an e-mail to your instructor at the following email address: asctrans@osu.edu
   2. Readings
   3. Three quizzes
   4. An appointment with your instructor
   5. A worksheet and three - quarter projection assignment to be turned at your appointment with your instructor
   6. You should schedule your appointment with your instructor by calling our main number at 292-6961 or come to the lobby of Denney Hall. We recommend you complete your worksheet and make your appointment by the 4^th week of the quarter, as it is more difficult to schedule an appointment later in the quarter.
